Which product should I start with?
Choose Keystory to turn saved listings into shareable reports and videos. Choose Kevv when you want OneKey property search alongside client records and a voice assistant.
Do I need to organize my CRM before making a video?
No. Keystory starts with a property. Save a listing, choose your content, and review it before sharing. Client management is optional for that workflow.
Will Keystory keep its own website and extension?
Yes. Keep using the Keystory website and Chrome extension. Kevv is a separate workspace; an account sign-in does not mean your listing library or paid credits are shared between products.
Can I work in English and Chinese?
Kevv has English and Chinese interfaces. Keystory creates English or Chinese client content, including reports and narrated videos. Its website and controls may use English.
Where do listings come from?
Kevv uses OneKey listings through its existing data provider. Coverage depends on the available feed. Keystory uses listings you save with its extension, import from a supported link, or enter yourself.
Is the new map and news studio already available?
The redesigned map search and integrated news studio are in development. The current Kevv workspace remains available. Use Keystory now for property videos; we will update this site as new Kevv features are released.
Are plans and credits shared?
No shared subscription or credit balance is advertised. Check the plan inside the product you are using. Keystory pricing and renewal terms are shown on its own pricing page and at checkout.
